During the regular season, our gift sets and products ship out in 5-10 days from order, most times earlier. Around holidays, we try to ship within 2 days. If there is a further delay, we will contact you with the expected shipping date. If you have an emergency, please let us know and we will try to ship it out ASAP.

We use USPS Priority Mail. Unless otherwise noted on the item, shipping/delivery and packaging is calculated based on weight and shipping location. If actual cost of shipping exceeds estimate, we may contact you with an alternate method.

Handling: $2 for packaging (box and packing) will be added to all orders.

Returns: If there is a problem with the product, we will accept returns or exchanges at any time. The customer is responsible for postage to us, but we will pay postage back to customer.

Payment: PayPal, our billing service, accepts all major credit cards, debit cards, and e-checks, and is a completely secure site. It will process them under Duncan & Duncan Gifts & Books, our parent company, and will appear as WRAPSTARS on your statement.
